Ashley Jackson
My name is Ashley Jackson, and I am the toddler teacher here at St. Paul Christian Day School. I have had the privilege of nurturing our youngest little learners since 2022 and I am so grateful for the path that led me here. I have also served for several years in Children’s Ministry at our home church and proudly continue to do so. I believe my obedience in God’s plan and the path that He created for me led me to CDS and I am honored to be a part of this community! We have the most amazing students, teachers and families that enter our doors and what a true gift that is! I look forward to meeting your child and teaching them with the care and compassion they need as our youngest learners here at CDS.
My husband and I got married in 2011, made Bulverde our home and we have been blessed with two amazing boys. When I am not in the classroom, you will always find me spending quality time with my family.

Mae Berish
Hello, my name is Mae Berish! I'm a proud mom of five, with three adult children—one a dedicated nurse and the other two currently in college—and two energetic teenagers at home. My family and I relocated to Texas in July 2021, seeking new opportunities after my husband retired from the US Air Force and our oldest son graduated. Originally from the Philippines, my Dad came to the US to join the US Army. I grew up as an army brat, which led me to experience life in various countries and a few states across the U.S. I’m fluent in my native tongue, Tagalog, but perfected my English, having been raised Stateside, and having the love of reading in my school days. I've always had a deep passion for working with children; in fact, I ran my own daycare for several years, while being a military wife, mostly on my own, while my husband was deployed. After exploring careers in the beauty, editorial, photography, and esthetics industries, I've returned to my true calling of working with kids. Those who know me were not surprised, as my heart has always been with them. I still practice esthetics and occasionally delve into brand photography. Cooking and sharing meals is my love language, and I love to entertain in my home or someone else's. I cherish my role as a mom, especially as a sports mom, cheering on my kids through every game! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better!

Meagan Bove
Hi! My name is Meagan Bove and I love being a teacher for the Two year Olds! This is my 7th year at St. Paul CDS and I truly enjoy being able make a difference in the lives of the children I work with. I currently hold a Texas Teacher Certification in English Language Arts and Reading for grades 8-12. I also have a supplemental certification for English as a Second Language. For 15 years, I taught 8th grade English, ranging from Pre-AP to inclusion/co-teach. Inspiring others to read AND find joy in it has always been dear to my heart. I decided to pursue a teaching change after volunteering in the 2 and 3 year olds classroom at my church's Sunday school. I fell in love with how much they light up when learning new things! Two years after I began volunteering, we moved from San Antonio to Bulverde and I felt it was time. I was hired at St. Paul CDS and I haven't looked back since. I love our students and parents, as well as our administration and teachers. My co-workers are some of the most dedicated teachers I've ever had the privilege to work beside. On a personal note, I have the best son and daughter anyone could ask for, as well as the most supportive husband whom I've been with since I was 18:) When I'm not at St. Paul, I love being outside, reading, or working on our mini-farm. I hope you decide to be a part of our amazing school and community!
